Yes. Your first three days of migration work are included — standard imports fit comfortably within that. SAP migrations, heavily customized DATEV setups, or legacy data take longer and are billed hourly; we give you an estimate before we start work, never after.
Full export any time, during or after cancellation — CSV, JSON, or SQL. No lock-in, no retention fees. DATEV customers get a clean DATEV-format export on exit.
HoneyBee provides an immutable audit log and activity monitoring suitable for GoBD requirements, and EU-hosted deployment for GDPR obligations. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. For maximum data protection, the Native LLM server keeps AI processing entirely on your premises.
