You may cancel your HoneyBee subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. No cancellation fees apply.
We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling. HoneyBee provides full data export in CSV and PDF formats from the Settings → Data Export menu. Our support team can assist with bulk exports if needed.
Cancelled accounts can be reactivated within 30 days by contacting support or resubscribing through your account. Data is preserved during this window. After 30 days, reactivation starts fresh.
HoneyBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, with notice where possible. In the event of termination by HoneyBee without cause, a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees may be issued.
